MDF Carb

  • MDF Carb is a medium density fiberboard and uses Carb glue. MDF Carb-P2’s main component is 80% wood fiber, Carb glue and some other ingredients (Paraffin, hardener…). Carb glue is glue that meets Carb-P2 standards (Carb-P2 is an emission standard and requires good control of quality management parameters, the production process must also comply with formaldehyde emission standards. This is one of the conditions for industrial wood panel products to be distributed in markets such as the United States and Europe)
  • For MDF carp, MUF – carp glue is used

Product application

MDF carp does not pose a significant risk to human health and does not pollute the air in interior spaces.

Therefore, MDF Carp is widely used in the interior and exterior furniture industry:

– Production of cabinets, shelves, bedside tables

– Production of tables and chairs

– Making CNC partitions, partition walls

– Making doors

– Wall panels, ceiling panels
